Hey my friends!
i was looking for a cheap energy booster to take b4 my workouts, so i bought a couple boxes of RITE AID Ginseng concentrate capsules, at 100mg each. It says to take 2 caps for energy, but doesn't that seem kind of low? how much can i take for an effective pre workout boost? Thanks my friends and fellow lifters!
