I saw on some websites that they are selling steroids like over the counter where you can use a credit card. but instead of selling anadrol for example, they sell it as A-drol or some weird name, but then you click and they have the steroid profile for anadrol. seems like they are trying to scam here, what does the product actually contain?

Pure marketing. The use a similar name to make you think you will have similar results to the actual steroid. Similar to how protein powders will have gigantic ripped guys on the packaging.
