    Hi I am wondering if taking a thermogenic fat burner along with a creatine ethyl ester product would be effective. If anyone can give me an honest answer i'd greatly appreciate it thanks!

    I'm not big on thermogenic fat burners to be honest. Obviously tuning diet and training are by far the most important things you can do to burn fat. There are sarms cutting stacks that can really make a big difference in shedding body fat if your diet is already dialed in though. You can check out some high quality prebuilt stacks at esarms.com

    Taking ANY thermogenic with ANY creatine product is ok but doing the two together makes no difference to fat loss.

    Honestly if your diet is on point and you’re training hard you will lose weight and fat.

    is it the end all? no. that is the honest answer

    it can help increase your metabolic rate and reduce appetite.

    I'm a big fan of n2slin as a fat blocker taken before you eat and also cardarine was designed to burn fat as a non stim (sarms1)
