Can you take (both orally and topically) Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for weeks (2 to 3 times a day) ?

Any contraindication for a long time use ?

You know, when Ergopharm's Andro Spray was out in the market, I used it. It was good, but after a couple weeks of use, my chest's top skin layer was peeling off. It itched a bit, and that's when I decided to stop applying it. I still have 2 bottles of this stuff brand new, and don't plan to ever use it again. My skin did go back to normal again after about another 2 weeks. Stupid Ergopharm, they didn't even print this on their labels, thankfully this product got banned!

as far as combining oral and topical, i don't know to be honest.

but as far as detriments to training, there have been studies published showing that nsaid's decreased protein synthesis post-training.
