now i heard that sugar or dextrose post weights is bad 4cutting.

ey im trying to achieve abs and my ratio of p/c/f is 50/20/30....its ok to cut but post workout im wondering if its ok to have high gi carbs and whey or just whey? i tried the hight gi carbs for a while and i think it may be a haolt to fat loss..but i dont want muscle breakdown so should i just stick with 35 grams of whey with 2 carbs?
 
no... if you do that most of the protein would be used for energy and not for repairing muscle. That's why you use the dextrose so that the protein could do what it's suppossed to.
