ey im trying to achieve abs and my ratio of p/c/f is 50/20/30....its ok to cut but post workout im wondering if its ok to have high gi carbs and whey or just whey? i tried the hight gi carbs for a while and i think it may be a haolt to fat loss..but i dont want muscle breakdown so should i just stick with 35 grams of whey with 2 carbs?
