Normal water good enough for mineralization?

Do you think normal water is good enough to getrehydrated and recovered? As far as I understand, we also loseminerals and salts, but how can water help us recover those?

We usually get all those minerals back with food, andwater will serve to store them in the cells. Besides, many mineralwaters will have minerals in them – as their name suggests. This isespecially true with some waters from rich mineral springs. So makesure to read the labels. Unless you run a marathon, that should notbe a concern to you.

you need WATER obviously.. but also salt, magnesium, calcium, and potassium

as lev said not hard to get those from food. but lets say you just busted your ass in the heat and really dehydrated yourself. i like to mix up my own drink using those minerals with a little raw coconut water and lots of water. it works well for me
