Norephedrine - A Different Question

I tried the search and couldn't find an answer for my particular question.

Does norephedrine (an ingredient in Adipokinetix) have any effect on nasal congestion?

Whenever I take Adipo, my nasal passages are always really clear. I have allergies (just dust I think) but they're not bad enough to take allergy medicine all the time. I really like the clear-head benefit I seem to get from Adipo, but I don't take it for that purpose. I was thinking there's some kind of Nor-something ingredient in decongestants, but I couldn't remember.

norephedrine is actually a constituent derivative of ephedra which is well known as a vasodilator....

since ephedra is used as a nasal decongestant because it causes vasoconstriction and a reduction in nasal and bronchial edema - it would make sense that norephedrine might share these same qualitities....
