Theoretically: aproximately 5% converts to nor testosteron (nandrolone), so 100 mg will convert to 5 mg nortestosteron. To get the same affect as 400 mg deca you will need 400 mg : 7 days = 57 mg a day. This means 11 caps a day.
Unfortinately this won't have the same effect, but in my opinion you should take at least 500 - 600 mg a day, divided through out the day. Take a lot of carbohydrates with it because this will increase the amount af enzymes (3 beta- and 17 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase) that converts the nor androstenedione to nortestosteron. Don't expect a lot to happen though
