3days in and I've gained 1lb and it seems like my strength is increasing, I thought it may have been too early but ive added 10lbs to my bench this week an couldn't get it last week
Not 10lbs bro just 1lb in 3 days, I'm on day 4 now and as far as pct I don't have anything planned yet, thinks my first igf-1 cycle so I'm gonna do some research to fi the best option
