I'm currently on a super low carb diet. I'm only taking about 25-30 grams of carbs per day. But by doing this diet in only taking in 1500mg's of Potassium. How can I get more Potassium without eating carbs? And how much more would I need per day?
see i would have recommended potassium pills... but you only get about 5% daily value with each pill.... you would need to take down a bottle every 10 days.... (or less)
