Ok before anyone says that this should be on the food bored.It is but I figured some of you over here may benefit from it.This is my postworkout pancake reciepe.Ok I'm not putting down any measurments because I add to taste and shit you'll just have to figure that out yourself but here you go.
Some oatmeal anywhere from 1/4-1/2 cup,
Fat free cottage cheese,Natural Peanut butter,Creatine powder,Glutamine Powder,1-2 scoops Protein powder I use Optimum(Vanilla or Choclate flavored)Sliced up banana,sliced up starawberries.Some Equal or an other type of sweetner and a little bit of cinnimon.Mix it all together in a bowl and than cook just like panckes I like to make fuckin big one.Top with some low sugar or sugar free strawberry jelly and some sugar free syrup and there you go postworkout meal in a pancake..
