N2Guard: The Real Deal

Strength gain is VERY noticeable. +40 on my bench and squats, and +15 on dumbbells for just about every lift. This is only 1/2 way through a 6 week run as well! As far as weight gain, no idea. I'm not using the scale until the end. I am however running a very "clean" bulk at about 500-700 calories above maintenance, with plenty of sweet potatoes and brown rice to "feed" the Beast!

As far as questions from others, I don't get them. I work out very concealed in a loose fitting long sleeve top, sleeveless t-shirt over that, long shorts, and good old fashioned Chuck Taylor's! No ones business but my own; what I'm doing is MY business. As far as my attire.........YES, I like to sweat like a mother while working out!
