I take it year round personally.

It's pretty expensive so I would save it for PCT and use the regular version in-between cycles.

There's an HCGenerate double pack option on needtobuildmuscle.com which makes the product much more affordable to use long term.

You could take it year round certainly but for me I don't. Just way too expensive! Great product though.
