I would not start at 8 right off the jump if you have not used this before... It is much wiser to ease into it the first few times because it is very strong... This is an excellent price and it won't last long so it would be very wise to get on this deal...

Dylan is correct with the dosage, I started out with 4 and I take 5-6 and that works perfect for me.

Yeh I agree with easing into it as well, 6 caps should be a good starter and then bump to 8 if need be. Makes the bottle go further aswell
