I am looking for a supplement that works as a myostatin inhibitor but works. I am no dummy, I know that a lot of these guys online are trying to push them as supplements that actually work
my concern though is how realistic is something like this and where can I get it?

In a word - no. Even YK-11 isn't quite what was hoped for
