First of all hello to everyone,
I am a new member on this forum.
My topic is related to multivitamin and mineral supplements, basically I'd like to hear from you guys what works for you, are you stuck with one brand or you change it often?
I'm currently using great product from Veriuni which is actually in liquid form, what means it is ease to digest (I must be careful with choice of products since my stomach is too sensitive).
Other great thing about this product is that consist of all-natural ingredients gleaned solely from minerals stored within plants and the earth itself, with no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
It contains over 200 nutrients and gives me such a great boost in the morning (first thing in the morning).
Before this I used to change products every 2-3 months couse nothing worked quite well plus too many artificial stuff inside.
