Multi Vitamins

Is there a big difference between say a multi-v from AST and a regular one-a-day like Centrum?

Check and compare the labels.

I take Centrum because it's got everything I need in it and it's cheaper then some hyped up brand that has the exact same vitamin count...

The only difference may be in the way it's produced... You know the filler material or the capsule it's contained in.
