    Missing days

    I constantly keep forgetting to take my supplements. Would you say I知 missing out big time versus if I were taking them everyday ? I feel fine to be honest.

    Depends on the supplements in question. Most you don't even need at all, but some like creatine you should take every day.

    Who knows. Why do you forget? I lay mine out on my desk so they're ready in the morning.

    if you cycle steroids you should be taking your on cycle support supps, same in pct

    if you are just a rec lifter it is different

    For regular supplements it honestly doesnt make much difference at all
