My mistake, I thought it was more than that.
So do you think I'll notice a difference, I guess when you think about it, it soon adds up over a week at 2-3 pints a day.
I'm trying to get my BF down, it's currently 10% and I'd like to get to 7%, I can't think of anything else to do! Any suggestions?
