max protein per sitting?

90-99% of protein from beef is digested and 70% or whatever protein is digested from vegetables.

The body doesn't just say fuck it and no absorb anymore protein. I know this because I'm a biochem major and in a science of nutrition class :)

Is there a certain protein type that you would recommend based on time of the day of consumption?
 
Just because it's DIGESTED doesn't mean it's UTILIZED.

This is why steroids are such an advantage. It recirculates the protein so you absorb more of it. It's also the concept behind GEAR. GEAR requires NO DIGESTION -- it's instantly absorbed. And it can be taken in-between meals when it is more likely to be utilized.

Since steroids recirculate protein, is there any relevance to the time(s) of day that protein is consumed, or could you theoretically consume the majority of your protein in, for example, 3 large servings (over 5-6 total meals) and still achieve similar results as you would consuming protein in a more equally distributed manner?

5-6 servings would be way more efficient in utilizing protein than 3 large servings,however ginger root is supposed to maximize the amount of protein a person can absorb at one sitting.still this varies from person to person ,for example a 300lb person can absorb more protein than a 150lb person.

You will never be able to eat enough protein to match the effects of steroids. Injectable aminos or GEAR comes the closest. And GEAR also contains ingredients to maximize protein from food source you eat.

i think that certain types of protein are absorbed faster than others. like whey protein will be absorbed faster. and they say to drink milk @ night because casin(milk protein) absorbs slowly so it will absorb for a long time, while your sleeping.

WHILE taking AAS, is there any relevance to the time of day that protein is consumed since the AAS are recirculating the protein you consume?
