Mass Recovery

I would go for something with more calories 600+ and 50g+ protein and at least 60g carbs especially if your a hard gainer. I have had good sucess with "real gains" as a post work out supplement. If you want to spend a bit more you could go with something like the "pro complex gainer" that has digestive enzymes to help you absorb more of the nutrients. Have also tried and is very good.

Just make sure that you arent reying on the supps to give you all the mass. A great diet wil make the most of the supps or ruin them.
