At 18 you have all the stuff people over 25 are trying to buy!
Eat like for real! Track your food watch how much you exercise, and train, train, train! If you eat and play 2 hours of basketball a day you may need to increase your calorie load. No supplements or substance can replace what you have!!!!!!!

Which would be recommended for someone under 18 trying to gain so size which mass gainer would be recommended?

Eat more. Or, if you must, make your own. So protein and fine ground oatmeal.
