Magnesium and minerals

I read that magnesium is a water-soluble mineral so if I take too much of it it'll just come out through my urine so I don't have to worry about it. My question is what about other minerals that we take that are in multivitamins and supplements. Is there any risk of getting too many of them

I dont think there is a risk of too much minerals like calcium and magnesium
you're not absorbing most of them to be fair

There should be no worries, as our body will absorb what it needs, and lets go what is not needed or has enough of it

Just how much do you think you might consume? the short answer is you'd have to take some by the gram to do that
