Hey Big guy

I take my first 2.5 as soon as i get up which is approx 1 hour before i eat, i find eating helps keep the stomach settled, but i enjoy the shakes and chills during my cardio lololol, my afternoon 2 are roughly an hour after i eat, so the ride is a litle smoother
 
Gotcha, ya I noticed a more 'stimy' feeling when I took it on empty stomach, and kind of like it better, lol.

Ya i like the buzz, Im skipped my 2nd dose to day, I'm bringing out the Muddaf'n N2KTS for arm day!!!!!!!!

Yup I am still at just one cap in the a.m. and then busting out a scoop or so of n2kts for my pre-workout... I had debated trying out 2 adderllin though and just spacing them a few hours apart?!

Will more then likely take the weekends OFF my fat burners too, since I don't have any workouts except some cardio maybe, and I feel it will help keep receptors clean?! just a thought anyways.

good thinking, thats what im doing, weekends off all stims, i kept a 6 hr gap between the Adderllin and N2kts as well

I would up dose to 4 a day, but then the bottle doesn't last long at all; 2 weeks! lol

I am hung the fuck over, drank like a madman last night, I did do 45 min cardio yesterday morning and this morning was rough, i did 45 min again, but felt like throwing up half the time, Im gonna try to work arms in a bit Ill keep ya posted

Another man like brandon who is changing his life 100%. M-rods has come a long long wau and a year from now he is going to be so different no one will even know who he is anymore. Dedication is written all over m-rods.
