Cardio Sunday lol
Started the day with 45 on the treadmill, and will hit another 45 tonight before bed after my rehab work.
Very clean eating today
Meal 1-- shake whey iso, NPB
Meal 2-- 2 eggs, can of tuna, spices
Meal 3--shake whey iso, NPB
Meal 4--6 oz haddock
Meal 5-- shake whey iso NPB
So boring so good lol.
I wanted to hit legs tomorrow but the cardio has my wheels pretty sore, so I'll play it by ear tomorrow for what i'm gonna hit.
