Lookin for a good Energy-Fat Burning Supplement(Any Suggestions)

Ok I already have my Energy shit with ephedrine in it but as we all know you need some time off from that.Now what would be a good supplement to take on my time off from the ephedrine.Besides NYC. I want something that I can purchase in a normal health food store.And i'm more interested in the energy part than I am in the fat burning part.Thanks guys for any advice.

Xenadrine always works well for me for energy and fat burning. They also have a new version avail that is ephedrine free I believe.

only shit you will be able to buy in a health food store will contain ephedrine if its worth a shit. nothing else will really "give you energy". some herbs like ginseng are good for keeping me awake, but not really giving me "energy". B12 never did anything much for me in sublingual or liquid form.
