Liver Protection (Milk Thistle or LIVERX)?

Do you guys know what is better for liver protection??
The Herbal plus 200mg Milk Thistle from GNC or LIVERX which I think is not herbal. Also how many milligrams should we take a day?? we dont have any orals in our cycle just 500mg sus a week.
and would the mgs of MT be higher if we threw in some orals??

ALA is better at 600-1000mgs a day

I cant tell you about LiverX but personally I've been using milk thislte at 1800 - 2100 mg Ed and it worked pretty well

Can you tell me what ALA is?? Would the dosage of the liver protection differ if i was stacking with orals??
