The LGD does not need to be activated or suspended in an alcohol form in order to be absorbed and utilized by the body.
Measure out your dosage and put it into a small amount of apple sauce or sugar free jam and eat it. DO NOT add it to water until you are ready to consume it. SARMS are not completely stable in a water solution and will start to denature if stored in water for a long period of time.
