Lactic acidosis

I'm starting a weight training program again and I know I need to ease into it but I have always been one to get extremely sore after workouts. I am looking for the best supplement to help with this problem so it is more bearable and I don't lose focus and quit.

any supplement that claims you get sore from lactic acid is a scam

soreness is simply your body reacting to muscles being ripped up and inflammation. when you start lifting or change your routine of course your body is going to be in shock at first until you build up your conditioning.. so it is perfectly normal

the best way to combat soreness? SLEEP!

Food and esp protein will help. Also look at why you get sore. I feel the effects of training and but rarely get sore.
