Krill TS

I wrote about this a while back, here's the gist n why/how its better :)

Krill oil contains omega-3 fatty acids—including EPA and DHA—similar to the traditional fish oil but in a different structure. Regular fish oil products have EPA and DHA in their triglyceride forms, while Krill-TS contains them in a phospholipid double chain structure. Phospholipids may sound familiar—they are the form that the fats in our cell walls are in. This structural difference between traditional fish oil and krill oil means that krill oil is much more easily absorbed! But that’s not the only awesome thing about krill oil—it also contains astaxanthin attached to the EPA in the double chain phospholipid structure.

Astaxanthin is a cool since its a potent anti-oxidant which can help protect our body from free radicals. It has even been theorized to be able to help the eyes, brain and central nervous system from damage due to free radicals.

Not bad! Krill-TS FTW! :)
