    I like to use caffeine to function, a lot of the best scientists and artists use caffeine to do a lot of great things and i love how it makes my brain work. with my workouts i can't get enough of it and cannot even lift without it. my question is is there a way to keep caffeine in my body longer by using a supplement with it?

    you are costing yourself sleep in the process here and lowering your adrenaline.

    you need to wean off caffeine or else you will need to just to function normally

    In your case, you should do the exact opposite. Get off the caffeine all together. You are highly addicted to it if you "need" it to function and to lift. It is doing you more harm than good at this point.
