didn't do much for me. I've heard you gotta take like 6 to 8 per day for it to really have an impact. Unfortunately i really can't afford such dosages along with the tons of stuff i buy per month.

average dose is 3-6 per day. very few people go over that, if you do be sure to supplement some form of choline as piracetam depletes it.
