What do you guys recommend to lube up your joints? Is there anything out there that doesn't cost a fortune? I saw a bottle of Glucosamine Chrondoitin or whatever it is yesterday for $30...crazy talk.

glucosamine/chondroitin is the best, fish oils are cheap and help also though. I'd get the glucosamine.
