Increasing vascularity in the gym

Excerpt: how come when I'm at the gym I see these big meat heads with veins popping out of their muscles when they work out and they make weird grunting noises and do a lot of drop sets. Then they walk around like they are God. I want to look like that and have bulging vascularity which supplements do they use to be like that

    Increasing vascularity in the gym

    how come when I'm at the gym I see these big meat heads with veins popping out of their muscles when they work out and they make weird grunting noises and do a lot of drop sets. Then they walk around like they are God. I want to look like that and have bulging vascularity which supplements do they use to be like that

    i'm not sure a supplement is the answer lol. they are likely on a lot of steroids

    It's a combination of genetics, thin skin (low bodyfat) and carbs. If you don't have those forget a supp to help

    Lots of reasons including being lean, overall genetics, pumps (supplements, cialis, carbs, etc).
