I mix my own post workout shake,What should I should I add to it?

Ok I mix 2-3 scoops of optimum whey protein 44-68 grams protein.I than add 5g of creatine and 5 grams of Glutamine I put it in my shaker and drink it starting on my last sets and finish it down when I'm complete.Now what elses hould I mix in with this.Im going to purchase some supplements tommorrow and just trying to figure out what to get, brand etc...I was thinking possably Dextose.
 
You need to add either maltodextrin or dextrose - you should have some carbs in that drink. I add about 1/3 cup of maltodextrin to my pre-workout drink.
 
small solid meal 1 hour before w/o

5g creatine, 50g dextrose post w/o

20min. later 60g whey, glutamine

1 hour later small solid meal

that's what's has worked best for me
