I got some yohimb hcl tabs now what?

i got some pharmaceutical grade yohim hcl tabs......alot of them.....they are 5.4 mg each

so should i crush up 4 of them at a time mix with aspercream and rub into area that i want to lose some fat? is this the best carrier to do this with.....how long before effects take hold....are they permanent....and what dosage should i use? how often?

with tabs, due to the binders and fillers it is best just to use them orally... it is not worth the effort to remove/separate them... which is what you would have to do.
