I got some grenade 50 caliber supplement within the

Excerpt: I got 3 buckets of this supplement for 20 bucks, that's even less money than I was about to pay just for 1 x bucket of others pre work outs, it says on the label it helps for Energy boost , Strength, & PUMPS, yes pumps so my question is if your pre work out helps for pumps do you still have to run protein? thank you boys.

I got some grenade 50 caliber supplement

you don't have to run protein regardless. i don't use protein shakes myself, they are merely a supplement
as for pre workouts, not a fan at all. unless you use Dspark which is stim free. using stimulants preworkout is counter productive, why would you want fake 'energy' which is just a sped up heart rate? that will hurt workouts, not help

Protein in the diet yes. A pump doesn't mean you've made more muscle.
