My current supplement daily intake is the following:
Bulgarian Tribulus capsules (90 capsules 750mg)
Mega Mass weight gainer
Whey protein
Multi vitamine capsules
Morning: Large breakfast. 3 scoops of weight gainer w/ 350ml milk. 1 capsule of multi vitamin. 1 capsule of bulgarian tribulus.
Morning snack: Vegi sandwich with a juice.
Lunch: Big lunch.
Snack: Dairy products and fruits.
Dinner: Large dinner with 1 capsule of bulgarian tribulus.
After workout: 2 scoops protein whey with 175ml milk. Fruits.
Night snack: sandwich
Now, do you like the supplements I'm taking? I dropped l-glutamin and creatine because I saw no gains whatsoever.
