eating too much protein is not a good idea.
it isn't about how much your body can absorb and utilize (the facts are unless you are using insulin who cares).. it is about digestion. there is a reason when you get a big steak you feel like ass after. that type of dry and dead food is very hard to digest.. and don't get me started on protein powders.. it is even worse because it is processed
so don't buy into the bullshit that you need a ton of protein everyday.. it just isn't true
