How much Milk Thistle and ALA do you take a day?

Do you take Tylers with ALA and Milk Thistle or just on it's own?

Tyler with the Milk thistle But only 2 caps of M T. One at each time.
There is Milk T. in Tyler but just to stay on the safe side I add it!

Also if i could find it, there is a a study out there about the misuse of ALA and the fact it can be harmful if taken in great quantities.

So just be careful with it.
