How much magnesium

How much magnesium is good for an athlete per day,and what is the best source of getting it? Food, or supplements? Ifit is a supplement, some universal supplement like a multivitamin, orjust straight magnesium supplement?

Well, you can start off by eating foods rich inmagnesium, such as almonds, spinach, cashews and peanuts. Also, youcan avoid doing the following, as it will reduce the amount ofmagnesium in your body:
- Drinking carbonatedbeverages on a regular basis
- Eating pastries, desserts, and candies regularly
- High stress
- Drinking large amountsof caffeinated beverages
- Drinking more than seven alcoholic beverages per week

As per supplements, I would consider using Ruthless 3D, as it has the best forms of minerals in it, with the best rates of absorption.

Since our soil quality is so poor compared to what it used to be even 50 years ago, a lot of people are lacking in magnesium now. It takes a lot more of the same foods just to get a proper amount in. Lev gave you some great examples of foods but I would also supplement with Ruthless 3D.

The key to a magnesium supplement is to take it on an empty stomach. If you take magnesium with calcium, the magnesium will be used to help the calcium be absorbed and you won't absorb the magnesium very efficiently.
