    Hi bro. The daily calcium intake is needed to be around 1-2.5 mg

    if you are needing to supplement with calcium then you have some sort of nutritional deficiency or you seriously are eating an awful diet

    Calcium requirements
    Men Daily RDA Daily upper limit
    71 and older 1,200 mg 2,000 mg
    Women Daily RDA Daily upper limit
    19-50 years 1,000 mg 2,500 mg
    51 and older 1,200 mg 2,000 mg

    1-2.5 grams. Not miligrams.

    Calcium is actually the most abundant mineral in the human body

    You can get it from dark green veggies. I also take a multivitamin to cover all bases.
