How long should I wait to cycle 1 -test again

I just did a 5 week cycle of 1 -test, I saw some decent gains and had some hpta surpresion as well, however I heared that the trandermal or liguid works better especially when stacked with 4-ad. I wanted to start another cycle soon but am debating how long to wait. I am currently in 2nd week of post cycle and using 6xo .

you should take off at lease as much time as you put in to get your natural test levels back up and going on their own, id give it a good 8 weeks.....

Agreed with jaket...

They say you take just as much time off as you put in - (i.e.) If you are taking a 6 week cycle, take 6 weeks off. I always personally say if you taking a 6 week cycle, take of 8-10 weeks off just to see how well your gains stay, but thats just me.
