    sleep is when your body rests and repairs.

    also cut back on eating frequency. your body burns up 50% of its energy digesting food so eat less often

    Hot/cold showers post workout are a great way to increase blood flow to the muscle you just trained

    48 hours is typical. However everyone is different and some people may be able to either recover fast than that or even slower (shouldnt be a huge difference though). If someone is using "cell tech" it gets reduced to 24 hours or less.

    Massage, hot/cold shower, mental and physical rest, of course sleep and food.
