The cheapest way is to just buy the ginger root and boil it in water. I do mine with Hibiscus and Ginseng. I drink it first thing in the AM. It is pretty good.
Sometimes, I have a mango while it boils. I put the mango pit in the tea before pouring and it sweetens it up a bit.
I also cook with ginger. I sautee garlic and ginger in the pan before cooking my eggs. I also use it with my fried veggies.
I don't understand spending money for a supplement when you can just eat or drink it.
