If you are on a keto diet, what is a good post-workout meal. Obviously the usual high carb and protein combo is out, so what do you do instead?
 
You cant!


But what Charles poliquin suggest is 30 grams of Glutamine. With 3 (600mg)capsules of Arginine.

Yes thats right. The glutamine and arginine will basically begin to replenish the glycogen stores as if you were to consume the usual high carb/protein combo.(but without the calories etc.)
