How does this stack sound

So i'm 6'dose 216 got 3 years serious training, 4 years fartin around in the gym, not really doing serious stuff.
my diet consists of either chicken, steak, fish, turkey, or protein 100% natural whey from OP, my carbs are brown rice when i have it, usually one cup per meal, or white same quantity, i also have carbo gainer from NOW,my fat is natural from the meat or fish oils.

macro:
protein:25%
carb:65%
fat:10%

so my training splint is
chest and bi
back and tri
shoulders
legs
i train 2 on 1 off it's working quite well i'm recovering quite nicely

so my supps for the whole purpose now is:
morning: 5 pumps forma, protein&carb drink
4 hours before workout: 20mg beastrol
1 hour before workout: 20mg beastrol, protein&carb
30 min before: N.O. xplode, glutamine, con-crete, L-carnitine, green tea, yohimbe
during: BCAA
post: glutamine, con-crete, 50g protein, 70g carb
night: forma
of course i throw in a liver supp every day i'm off, as well as multi and ph balancer and pro-biotic every day just throughout the day.

i have a pct for after too
in addition i have a script for test cyp 50mg once a month, however, i've only taken a month injection thus far and i gave myself a little more, just 100mg.

You can get the glutamine, BCAA's creatine carbs and protein and more with BIG BLAST.
 
Big Blast is great. It might appear costly, but with all of the ingredients it contains it's super worth it.
