How does this daily stack of supps look?

I take these once per day, every day. Are the supps and ammounts ok? Am I missing something that would be good to add?

Calcium - 1000mg
Glucosamine - 1500mg
MSM - 500mg
Pottasium gluconate - 550mg
ginger root - 1100mg
magnessium 250mg
Zinc - 60mg

and one each of the following:

multi vits

multi minerals

I would definetly add whey protein to your mix. Unless you are simply refering to vitamins and minerals.

For me, whey protein is the base of all athletic nutrition (i love whey :p)

just vits and minerals

I only use whey post work out. Slow absorbing protein (casseinate, egg white) any other time.
 
Yeah, that is the whey to go (pun intended)!

Btw, trey animal pak by Universal Nutrition!
I use it for my vits and minerals :p
Just my opinion though, feel free to criticise.
