supposedly, you can make your own homemade NO2 by taking about 12g of pure L-arginine with a glass of OJ. if i am wrong please correct me, because if this is the case then my twinlabs l-arginine will not even last 2 weeks since its 500mg a cap.

i posted about that and i understand that its effective to a lesser degree than NO2. youll need about 10,000 mg a day for your over 200lbs
