Right, just made this:
1 scoop of prolab whey
1 tea spoon of olive oil
2 big scoops of low fat ice cream
300 mls semi skimmed milk
how many cals, protein, carbs and fats are in this.....will it help me bulk up, i am trying to gain weight.
also, is the tea spoon of olive oil enough, or should i throw in a few more?????
